Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

Precify is the service you sign up for. Privacy requests: support@precify.app.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email (when provided), WhatsApp number in E.164 (when used for sign-in), shop name, and credentials managed by our auth provider. Operational data you enter: products, costs, printers, orders, and stock. Payment data is processed by Stripe and Asaas — Precify does not store card numbers. Technical access data (IP on login and OTP attempts) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes

Providing the service, authentication (including OTP codes sent via WhatsApp through Meta’s official channel), billing paid plans, abuse prevention, and operational email (account confirmation, billing notices). WhatsApp for authentication is transactional — required to perform the contract — and does not imply marketing consent. Promotional WhatsApp messages only happen with separate explicit opt-in. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Infrastructure (hosting and database), authentication, payment processors, and — if you connect them — marketplace APIs with your organization’s credentials. Third parties process data only as needed for the service.

We send email through Resend on notify.precify.app. Transactional messages (account, security, billing) are required for the contract. Optional lifecycle emails (e.g. onboarding reminders) can be stopped via the link in the email or at /unsubscribe. We do not use open or click tracking in email.

5. Retention

We keep data while your account exists and as long as needed for legal obligations (e.g. payment records). You may request account deletion via support email.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization, or deletion, and information about sharing. You may withdraw consent when processing is consent-based. We respond via support email.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Essential cookies for authenticated sessions and preferences (such as theme). With legitimate interest, we run first-party analytics (PostHog) to improve the product — you can refuse in the privacy banner. Advertising cookies (Meta, TikTok) and conversion APIs only run if you accept marketing in the banner. Campaign attribution (UTM, gclid, fbclid, ttclid) is stored in first-party technical cookies on precify.app until you consent to sharing with ad platforms.

8. Security

Shop data is isolated per organization. OTP codes are not stored in plain text by Precify (the auth provider validates them). No system is risk-free — do not share codes you receive on WhatsApp.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after publication means you acknowledge the new text. See also our Terms of Service.
